Gucci Mane’s legal woes continue to mount. Gucci, born Radric Davis, was named in a wrongful death lawsuit of former Bricksquad associate Mario “Slim Dunkin” Hamilton, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
The victim’s father, Mark Hamilton, reportedly filed the suit in Fulton County State Court.
Young Vito, born Vinson Hardimon, was charged and convicted in the Dec. 16, 2011 shooting death of the Bricksquad Monopoly rapper.
Slim Dunkin’s death was the result of a fight that erupted in an Atlanta studio.
Vito said he shot the rapper, born Mario Hamilton, in self-defense.
“I was afraid for my life,” the rapper said during his murder trial
